I haven't made a vid yet but look on youtube on this post. It sound identical in the beginning its really loud like a nice Porsche and then the computer regulates it... shit.
I think its the cat or the software doing that

Congrats! I personally don't like how it sounds in that clip, until the 58 second mark. This has been mentioned before, but it sounded initially like a motor boat starting up. I guess that's the "loud" sound that members have mentioned during cold start ups. Because it sounds so nice all other times, I can live with the initial sound, but just don't like it

I think is this one of the best video demonstrating the sound of the PE on a 335 e92 (inside cabin noise and outside noise). I am sure most have already seen this but I am going to post it again...

Exactly...sounds like a boat for about a minute. That's the best way I've heard anyone describe it. Some days, I leave my neighborhood at about 7am and I'm sure all the neighbors think I'm a hoon.
