Cheap coilovers vs Msport suspension

Hi all, my front suspension is pretty much shot at this point, and I was looking around on the FCP euro site and see they sell BC coilovers, with the lifetime warranty. Is it worth getting the BC's over replacement Msport shocks/struts? The car is a daily driver and sees a lot of highway use, with some autocross and track driving. I'm not trying to lower the car much more than stock or reduce the ride quality too much. The car is a 2011 335is Coupe. I also have 275/30/19s on the back so not sure if that would be an issue with coils. Thanks for any input!

do it. ive had mine on for a month now and loving it. i also went the route of fcpeuro for the warranty. not sure about the tire size but ive heard mostly fitment issues with the front wheels. they recommend spacers in the front depending on offset. i bought a set of 5mm from apex just incase and never ended up using them.

If you haven't experienced new OEM stuff, and you're doing the work yourself then it's pretty cheap experiment to try new OEM. You won't find any better ride quality unless you spend Ohlins money. Maybe TCKline, as well. Another option is to replicate a Dinan-like setup with Koni Yellows.

There's nothing wrong with BC, per se, but for the same money I'd rather have a Dinan'like Koni yellow setup. It will be a lot smoother and is Quality > Quantity for about the same money. The BC has things it sounds like you don't want. Why go that route if you don't need to would be my question?

What springs are you running? Im running M-performance shocks together with Eibach sportlines and could not imagine having a better setup.

Unless you are going to be adjusting the weight balance/ride height all the time....why mess with coil overs? You can get the Bilstein B12 Pro Kit with the B8 shocks and Eibach Sport Springs for around $800 or less.....and will handle better than the m-sport suspension....and have a slightly lowered stance.

Good point there. Thinking an oem+ traditional setup maybe the way to go over the coils. Thanks for the input
