Something about them taking tax money out of her paycheck & saying they will return it later, but are going back on their word.

sup guys. your sister is sol i think. it's one thing if she gets paid min wage and get paid cash, but to get paid less than min wage? they just scammed her and didnt take out any tax and kept it on the side. They just paid her below min wage.

yea since she was paid under the table and no record of her working there she's SOL. And they took taxes out? Most places will not do that if you're working under table, since they don't have to pay tax on the employee since there's no record of her.
