Tire and questions looking for input

I'm buying new wheels (Avant garde M359s) and figured I would get proper tires sizes for it and buy them same time mounted and all.

1. They are offering some Lexani LX20. Anyone heard of this tire. Is it good?
2. Should I get all season or dedicated sumer tire? I will be using winter tires in summer.
3. Also do 2x19x9 and 2x19x10 with tires fit in E92?

Thanks
