Hi! I'm doing the same conversion on my car, and was curious as to what all problems you have run into so far, and what pieces may have to be modified. Thanks!

I think it's cool, just because it's not an m3 doesnt mean it can't look like one. Good for you! It's fun to modifiy a car regardless, if you like it, it's all thy matters. Don't listen to this idiots, have fun with it!
Good luck! Plz post more pictures! Where you got the parts, how much it cost, how you did it, etc etc. I'm planning on doing the same with my e90 328i

Nice job.
I also don't like the idea that "if you like M3 look then go buy an M3" 1. In some country the car that with large displacement engine will got huge amount of tax to pay. 2. The heart of a car is its engine. Some one like N54 engine, but also like the looking of M3, nothing wrong with it. Keep working on your car, nice project. |

great project. I've been modifying cars a lot of years. Wide body mods are some of my favorite.
Considering all the power I'm putting to the wheels I've always considered doing a wide body on my 335 e93, but just haven't gone far enough to actually do it. It fits 265 rubber in the back, and to go wider I'd have to flare the fenders...Kudos to you for making the jump. |
