Good price for 2006 E90 Angel Eyes Kit in Vancouver?

My left angel eyes bulb burned out and I would like to purchase a replacement kit. Might as well get a kit that's bright-white while I'm at it. I'd like to do it DIY.

Can anyone recommend a place to purchase a kit in town, or an online store that ships to Vancouver cheap?
