Probably traction control full off, got wheel spin and turned into a tank slapper. However if something breaks it could throw you off in one direction or the other. Tire blow out, drive shaft etc.
In an E9x you are OK in DTC mode. It keeps the DSC enabled making a complete spin very difficult but too much wheel spin and it will cut power ruining your time.

My car isn't fully 100%. Got a variance on the trims between banks but it feels good enough to run so I'm waiting for a sunny day when the track will be sticky to see what time the car now gets with upgraded turbos.

Anyone up for going to santa pod tomorrow(Saturday)?
I'd like to find out how much quicker the 35i is with the new tubs & charge pipe so am most likely going to take a trip up there, conditions should be ideal for setting a good time.
(Edit) But I couldn't.

Just had my first run & was really struggling to get any traction out of the box.

I only managed to get 3 runs in total & all of them were poor. I had too much will spin, car was a handful to keep in a straight line & I had to lift of the throttle on every run.
I only had my first time recorded due to an issue with there equipment & that was a 14.4 @ 106mph.
So it was a waste of time, I had signed on by 10am & had only 3 runs by 12.15, had enough & went home rather disappointed
