Just had my fenders slightly rolled to fit these with 265/35R18 Continental DWs. Without the roll, the tires would touch the innermost portion of the fender. Now it is rub free, for now. Got to try it out with cargo or passengers onboard for the true test.

Maybe a roll is not needed if it was a 255/35R18 on there.

The 245/40R18 tire up front seems to rub on something, but I can't repeat it. Maybe it is rubbing on the spring cause I hear it when close to full lock.

as i know, are highlighted in red. The spokes on 219's are wider, the center
area on 260 are lager and the 219's are the only one marked by BBS. In my

Btw. A lot of replicas has the M-logotype on the wrong spoke.

This is great info! I've try to research fitment for a 09 LCI, but it's hard to come by. I have a feeling I can make it work with 255-35 or 40 at the back. Now I'm just trying to keep a eye of for a set...

I mounted these wheels and tires on my wife's LCI E90:

They fit, but the rears rub only when I have 4 passengers. I wouldn't want to run a 255 rear tire. It would look stretched. It does look pretty good with the aggressive stance though.

Wow great info! Thanks for this! I just picked up and mounted a set of 219's on my e90 335i. I did notice that the rear rubs a bit but i'm getting them rolled. I found a good deal on a nearly flawless set with pilot sports with only 2000 miles on them. What size spacer did you go with on the fronts? Thanks.

No problem - good luck with your set up! I was running 5mm Rogue Engineering spacers front and rear. I took them off the front because I was experiencing some steering wheel wobble after 40mph. They actually look pretty good without spacers. The 245 tires do a good job filling out the fender area. All the pics I posted above on 8/6/10 had no spacers in the front - only 5mm in the rear.

thanks for the spacer info. Im on the oem sports suspension and with this setup there really is no need for lowering anymore. I picked up a set of h&r race springs but never installed them. Looks like they'll be going up for sale. BTW, with the 5mm spacer up front would it rub?

No worries, and no need for standing corrected...sitting is more comfy, cuz it really doesn't matter to me as long as the final result is pleasing and enjoyable to all concerned.

OBTW, I still like the 219 over the 260 because the lines are more...voluptuous.

Misha, your ride was so inspiring, I bought a set from my forum buddy Lito and mounted them on my SGM e90. Imagine my surprise when I looked in the back and saw ET23 on the 219M, although the German website above and another website where I first saw the ET difference, stated otherwise.

At any rate, I was sorry to see you turn in your BEAUTIFUL e90, but I am glad I got to see it, because now I and others are carrying on where you blazed the path to fitting OEM M3 wheels on our rides!

Hey guys i have a e90xi. thinking on getting 18 m3 219m wheels for my car. (18/8.5 et 29F, 18/9.5 et 23R 245/40/19F 265/40/18R).

My question is, since my xi, is sitting a bit higher than the non-xi. Will i still need to do a fender roll in the rear? If so, what do you guys think about running square tire set up on these staggered wheels?
