Actually, I miss a manual too, it's much more fun to drive but I am certainly enjoying DCT.

I doubt anyone wants to trade me for my car. I mean I got a rare color interior color combo. The sport mode shift is a blast. Idk I may try.

Who here has had good experience with Michigan tint places. Called notorious tintz but they never answer.

Going to go with shadow art window tinting. These guys look legit and do lambos, gtr, and everything. $250 I believe but I'm tired of bad tint jobs so ill pay extra

notorious never calls back. they never even answered their phones during regular business hours.

co-worker got his mini cooper s tinted by shadow art and it looks awesome. pretty good on pricing too.

Yes, IS does come with 6mt but I chose 7SPD DCT because it's dual clutch! lol

I got mine done at BMW Erhard Bloomfield when I purchased the car. The cost was $300. At first, the salesman said he will pay half so I only needed to pay $150 but I guess he couldn't do that so I made him throw in the iphone cradle...
But overall it looks pretty good except in the back where the dot matrix is it has some bubbles but it's really not noticeable.

I'd avoid the strip. If you are going to tint the windshield...tint the entire thing.

Yea that sounds nice but I won't do it. IMO it's overkill and too much can go wrong. All my cars have had strips and I have had 3 tinted and like it.

Be prepared to get pull over like crazy. My friend has the same thing. At MSU, he gets pulled once a week or two.

Yea I didn't get touched in the cobalt but I had 20% on the front. I got a script so I'm golden. They will pull me over for that then say its cuz of my tinted licenses plate cover. That's what they always do
