I replaced my #6 injector a month or two ago. Car has ran fine since then and now all of a sudden I am having a similar mis-fire situation/occassional stumble on acceleration. Car starts and idles normally and drives normally until it throws the engine malfunction error and studders and mis-fires. If I shut the car down and restart all is well for a while.

I have attached screen shot of the codes that I have pulled. Has my #6 injector died again or am I dealing with another issue like a dying battery or the JBE or FRM module taking a crap?
