DPF delete finally, but low end lag

Finally had the DPF and ABC pretty much deleted on my car, but there is a strange low end lag almost like the small turbocharger isn't working properly and it does put out some black smoke out the tail pipe until the bigger turbo kicks on around the mid range.

Does anyone know what can cause this? I have all the vacuum lines replaced already.

Anyone know exactly where the pressure converter solenoid is located? I've replaced the one near the back firewall recently, but I know there is another one.

Did you change the two boost solenoids mounted on the vacuum box?

No, I only replaced the one towards the rear firewall.

I would check the vacuum lines for a hole or a mix up in lines.

Did you also have swirl flaps removed at the same time?

That would definitely contribute to low end lag and smoke. [Flame suit on]

It's not from the swirl flap delete. This lag isn't a normal lag like I said it's almost like the small turbo isn't working.

True; I said lag, but really what I should have said is 'low end lack of power'.

You're sure it's not from the swirl delete though?

Have you had the ECU tuned after you did the DPF and ABC delete?

I'm wondering this too, the fact that he hasn't mentioned that makes me worry.

Otherwise it's probably vacuum related. The part was already weak and with the new power it finally failed.

Yes the DDE was flashed all at the same time with the delete. After doing some deep research and some diagnostic the EL valve needs to be replaced.

This video helped a lot:
