Major audio help

I have a 2008 328i Hifi (Non logic 7), with amp. Recently i upgraded to a won on head unit and everything has been fine but recently the rear passenger speaker started cracking and stopping intermediately so i unplugged it and checked amp for water but nothing. I plugged in my oem speaker in the back and oem radio and same problem. Now the door passenger speaker is cracking but only at certain times and not below a volume of 4 but all the other speakers are fine in other spaces. But the speaker isn't blown, what do I do. I'm taking it to an indy for brakes bext week and they'd take a look but does anybody have any help.

What's a won on head unit? Some new kind of Chinese head unit.
Swapping the amp would be the next thing to do
logically.(assuming it's still hooked up)
Hi Fi amps can be found pretty cheaply on ebay
There is only one big connector with a lever to change it.
Most Indy's don't do a lot of audio work but there
are exceptions.
