CF mirror covers vs mirror caps

What's the difference? The CF mirror covers sell for about $300 while the mirror caps sell for about $150.

The cheaper ones are just like stick on pieces, the covers are a new piece that replaces the oem caps.

The full covers look better, the caps look cheap.

Thankyou. I ordered a set of covers from ECS but it's back ordered. Trying to find a new vendor now.
