Refreshing e92 328xi suspension at 91k

So I'm looking into refreshing my suspension with new struts and shocks, I can feel it bouncing around a lot and can hear the shocks compressing. I'm looking into the billstein b4 setup. My question is, is this everything I need or should I get springs, control arms etc. all info and suggestions greatly appreciated

Springs should be fine to use old ones. Bilstein B4s are great quality for the money.

As a general rule replace the following:
Bump stops all around.
Shock mounts all around
Hydro-based bushings on the front end
Check all the ball joints and rear arms for play but generally they are good for 200k+ miles so likely won’t be an issue.

Car should be super tight when you’re done!

Might as well change all front control arms to M3 ones while you’re at it to get rid of all the hydro-based bushings. Do it once and you’ll never have to do it again for the life of the vehicle.

Front M3 control arms don't fit XI models...

I have the same car and just replaced shocks, struts, and the related bump stops rear mounts and I’m so glad I did. The car feels greatly restored and fwiw, I went with Koni yellows and have enjoyed the ability to dial in the firmness. I plan to work through replacement of the front end bushings in the near future.
