The best N54 wiring harness just got a little better...

Most of you already know the JB3 already offers the best wiring harness in the business, but a few weeks ago it got even better! BMS was able to source the OEM white subconnectors so that all 4 connectors now color match the factory parts. No more shaved/modified black subconnector for the white loom. I just wanted to let everyone know so new customers aren't shocked when they open the box.

Just as a quick reminder, the JB3 PnP harness features:

1) Zero external power or ground taps.
2) Zero resistors, shrink wrap, or soldering in the wiring harness to ensure a long life through many heat cycles
3) Quality 20 gauge stranded wire that meets or exceeds the OEM wire gauge
4) Quality Tyco/AMP contacts and connectors on the DME and JB3 side
5) High tensile strength zip-ties for subconenctor wire grouping
6) Machine cut and stripped subconnector wires to ensure 100% consistency
7) OEM color matched subconnectors and color coded JB3 signal wires

Shouldn't that have been there to begin with, you know the color coded subconnectors??

When I tried to install the JB3 on my friend's car, the instructions and the color of the subconnectors/harness that was actually ON the JB3 were not matching. I knew something wasn't right, but went with what's on the instructions anyway, and epic fail for the first JB3 install, car didn't start. Should have gone with my gut instinct(from installing my PROcede, where the color of the subconnectors matched). That was indeed the culprit.

Only 1 of 4 subconnectors was in a different color!

Plus what helped me was to match the wire colors for the sub-connector that didn't match on the instruction sheet.

Not following you. There are only 4 subconnectors, they all color match except the white one. Which was previously referred to as the "black subconnector with black wires" as opposed to the "black subconnector with red wires". Did you mix those two up?

Regardless now with the OEM white subconnector it's impossible to mix them up! You really don't even need an install guide anymore.

We have a hard time keeping the JB3 PnP in stock. The harnesses with the shaved black subconnector are happily installed providing massive power gains around the world.
