What are the alternatives to an exhaust for 330i?

Hey guys I have an e90 with a stock exhaust right now. I want a louder, deeper sounding exhaust but i do not know too much abt exhausts. I was also trying to save on the money so any alternatives like a muffler delete or something? I def dont want anything that sounds ricey. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

+1 There is absolutely no reason to spend 1k to 2k on an exhaust, when a muffler delete and/ or reasonator delete sounds great for ~$100.

+1 on muffler delete.. i got the muffler delete with quad exhaust installed and it sounds awesome. Or if you want it really loud get muffler and resignator delete.

Go performance exhaust. Muffler delete drones like no other, and sounds like it belongs on a civic IMO.

There is a sticky at the top of this forum where I have posted tons of exhaust clips. Start there, and then you can decide what is ricey.

Start with the Golf-T mod. That one is free. Just do a search.

IMHO, you get what you pay for with the muffler delete. If you don't mind Ricey, hissy, droing resonnance, go for it. Because it is custom, every one is going to sound different.

Still, for cheap, try: golf-t mod, muffler delete, resonator delete (mild), ebay muffler. Why would you go cheap on a nice car though???

Put a live duck in place of your resonator, that will spice up your ride.
