M3 control arms
When loading the suspension it is recommended to go 18.7" from bottom of wheel hub to the fender. What if you have 20" wheels and are lowered? I measured mine roughly since the rim was still on the car and I got close to 16.25". Is that okay to go with? has anyone had experience with this? I read the M3 control arms sticky and this wasn't addressed. Thanks!

Go with whatever height is the normal height for your car. What you're trying to do is ensure the bushing has minimal wind-up for the majority of its life. So you need to torque it down with the suspension at your normal ride height.

Ok that makes sense I figured I'd just raise it to what my normal ride height is. Was just making sure since oddly it hasn't been mentioned. Thanks guys!
