OBD code P0193

I keep throwing a P0193 code which is the Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor "A" Circuit High. Could this be the pressure sensor under the intake?

Probably. Easy to replace. No need to remove the intake.

I just replaced the starter and I was wondering if I messed up the sensor trying to get the freakin junction box off
