I just swapped my control arms and sway bars to M3 specs and had TrackTime Performance do the alignment. Super nice guys and they specialize in suspension work for performance cars. Stop by and have them take a look.

I had originally started the thread to ask if someone could go and check a car in person for me. I decided to delete the content of the thread as no one replied lol

I saw a nice car Katy, TX that I was trying to buy but ended up paying a company to go and do an inspection for me. Interesting enough...the inspection came out "good" but the pictures told a different story. There was serious rust on the undercarriage that worried me. Despite that, I was still leaning towards purchasing the car given the attractive price.

Thankfully, another member of the forums hooked me up with a local member local to the car that offered to drive to the dealership and check it out in person for me. He saw it, test drove it and sent me a thorough email with his observations. I decided to pass on the car.

Thanks for asking though.

About the M suspension components, how much of a difference on your daily commute did they make?
Its something i will do just have been side tracked by lots of maintenance work.

Swapping to M3 spec suspension is expensive so I wouldn't recommend unless you really plan on tracking/racing your car, honestly it makes for a stiffer ride so I wouldn't recommend if you are looking for comfort... performance wise the upgrade is fantastic and highly recommended... you can definitely feel the car grip the road much better.

I have an early work schedule, alignment person comes in around 11 am so never could get over there.
Guys at Track Motorsports were great tho, highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and knowledgeable place to get work done.

Do you have a phone number for Track Motorsports? What side of town are they located?

Do you have a scanner to pull up codes? That's the easiest way to find out what is happening. Did a quick search I saw that it may be a bad relay.. that's what tells the transmission that you are pressing the brake pedal to shift out park.
