E90 Suspension Refresh

I'm looking in to the possibility of refreshing the suspension on our 2007 E90 330i (N52) M Sport and I have a couple of questions?

1. Does anyone have a definitive list of parts to order Front and Rear (OEM or OEM Equivalent) i.e bushes, arms spring pads etc?

2. What is the difference in ride if I switch to bilstiens whilst retaining stock springs. I don't want it lower!

I can answer #2 for you:

I have installed B4's in our E46 and E60. After break in they ride a little better than stock (better rebound control). They are not stiffer.

I installed B6's in our M Roadster (Z3). Just better all around on the street; very happy with this setup. Not the best track setup IMHO.

My E90 m-sport won't need refreshing for a while. When it does I will go with B6's.

If your springs are originals from 2007. I'd look at replacing them also.

Springs depends on vehicle options. The D Number should be on a little white label attached to the springs.
