Pierced oil line?

Hey guys,

I was looking around the engine bay of my '06 323i and I saw what looks like a pierced tube of some sort. Not sure if it's an oil line but it looked like it. Is this normal lol? I haven't noticed any power loss or high oil consumption.

Garage List
That would be the sheathing for the O2 sensor wires; No oil going through it.

Likely covered in oil due to a current or past leaking valve cover gasket
