What might cause frequent O2 sensor failures?

I had to replace my O2 sensors about 5 months ago, now another one has gone bad and I'm getting ECu codes and open loop issues. What sort of things might cause this?

Ok thanks. Motor is rebuilt so hopefully shouldn’t be burning coolant or oil lol. We’ve been tuning it though so maybe rich sometimes.

Are you adding coolant or oil? Did you rebuild the engine yourself?

It was rebuilt by a shop in town

I'm having to add oil periodically because one of the turbo lines as a small leak

I created a thread a while back about having to add a little coolant over the course of a year and was told that's typical

Thanks
