Can a 2009 125i front bumper fit onto a 2006 325i?

do i need to modify anyhing to get it to fit or is it just bolt on?

It'll fit about as well as a civic bumper will(or any other vehicle from existance)

You probably mean 2009 325i.
Search for "LCI conversion" here. You'll need fenders, hood and lights and belly pan etc.
