Well...

Original agreement I signed for,

This is the paperwork they gave me when I arrived to pickup my car.
They lied never contacted me, I will post my call logs when they are available.

Mysteriously battery cable cut.

Service light is still on, I also have a picture of my dash with the light on after leaving the dealer. Did they even fix anything?

You didn't tell them to fix the SES light. The service clearly says "Check and advise." They checked it and advised you that your cats are clogged. That's exactly what you asked and signed for.

There is also evidence on their part that they contacted you about the IBS cable damage. You saying "They lied" is not evidence to any of us that they didn't contact you. Their job is to inspect your car and advise you of problems. They found a damaged IBS cable. They claim to have contacted you for the repair. They, as a business, would not exist if they perpetually lied to their customers about approving work that was not actually approved. That's a serious crime with serious consequences.

If they did not contact you, then a more reasonable explanation would be they called the wrong person. It's unlikely because they ask for you directly by name, but it's not impossible to make that mistake. It's much less likely that they're picking you out and specifically lying to you about doing work that wasn't
actually approved, and you'd need some real hard evidence to prove that hypothesis.

They said they fixed the cats and O2 sensors, then why is the light still on? So they wrongly diagnosed my ses light, and charged me for labor?

"There is also evidence on their part that they contacted you about the IBS cable damage."

How did I drive to the dealer with a cut cable? What evidence do they have? writing on paperwork I didn't sign after I left on the 19th?

I Never got a phone call, email, text, NOTHING, I will have Verizon call logs for proof, on my next statement. I will post them when they are available.

Where it states they replaced the gaskets/o2 sensors etc. did they charge you for that?
Just curious as there is no pricing next to the parts list...just says (N/C) whatever that means.

The parts you were charged for where the battery cable and IBS adapter as far as I can see. The labor cost was the $350 you originally agreed to pay.

They replaced them under the SUVEL warranty, or they say they did since the problem still exists.

They were trying to charge me $917.78 look at the third picture. I had to threaten a lawyer for them to release car, then they came back and said $520 lowest, so I asked for the manager.

So what are you actually going to sue them for?
You got away with $500 in free parts (battery cable & adapter)

In your first post you state:

SERVICE ENGINE SOON LIGHT - STILL ON

CAR IS DIRTY - Oily hand prints on hood, side fenders, dirty windows.
Interior dirty.

The plastic around the center console is CHIPPED and hanging and the clips seem to be broken.

Looked under the hood, Engine is filthy oil all over.

My oil level is low 3/4 full, was full when I dropped off car.

So I assume you want a car wash and interior cleaning, oil to be topped up, SES light removed and a new plastic piece for your center console?

I see... I'm the aggressor and the dealer is the victim. I must have cut my battery wire right before I pulled up to the service center.

Oh and must have forgot the conversation on the phone when they informed me and I approved this repair with the dealer... Silly me.

In reality; A car wash and interior cleaning, oil to be topped up, SES light removed and a new plastic piece for my center console, and an apology from the lying, thief, sales rep and the service manager (Veneisha Foster) would be great. I wouldn't expect less from a luxury car dealership, but here we are.

I'm actually afraid if they agreed to this, somehow they will say my radio and speaker wires were cut, I had nails in all 4 tires, charge me another $1000 in repairs without my authorization and say I cant have my car back otherwise.

**** BMW of Palm Springs Stealership.
Even if I cant do anything about it at least word is out and you here have heard my story and avoid this stealership at all cost.

Even though you may not have approved the repairs the dealership did them and you didn't have to pay for it.....

Just curious, when was the last time you actually looked at your battery cable to see if it had a cut in it?

Given your overall attitude, lack of any substantial evidence supporting your claims, and financial incentive to sue someone for fairly miniscule items due to a poor financial record, you're not making yourself look good.

How do we know that you're not lying to try to make a few bucks after declaring bankruptcy? You know what, let's use your logic that you've been using in this thread: you're a liar playing a victim to get money from another company, and using this forum as a way to garner sympathy from others and provide a really weird way of logging your experience. Prove it otherwise.

Why is everyone here against me? You wouldn't be mad about a dealer trying to rip you off? Why does everyone keep siding with the million dollar dealership? I work hard for my money.
Evidence is coming soon. Mark my words and see yourself. When the time comes for a new car, im still young, BMW wont get a dime from me or my family tree for generations to come.

Well for starters, no one is siding with the dealership. Just because we're telling you that you have absolutely no case (as of now) in a court of law doesn't mean we're siding with the dealership. We're just telling you you're screwing yourself by trying to go to court. You've already said you've contacted multiple attorneys. Something right there tells me they also believe you have no case since you haven't got a set attorney.

Next, you're trying to take a billion dollar company to court for a bill less than a thousand dollars. Who do you think comes out on top?

Lastly, you still haven't given proof that you've been spoofed. It doesn't matter what your phone records state. You didn't pay the $900.00 bill. You paid the $350.00 and got your car back. If they didn't do the recall work, you take it back and have it done. It costs you nothing.

What are you trying to get out of this situation? Because it seems you're trying to cash out on something so minute nobody is taking you seriously.

The op probably does not have a case to sue BECAUSE he was persistent not to pay the extra charges he did not approve.

That said, what if this is the shady practice that happens at the dealer. What if an elderly man drop his car one day and is then hit with new charges that he had no knowledge of? What if this man doesn't have the confidence to challenge the dealer ?

Dealer should really verify if the call was made, if it was made to the wrong customer then they should surely know now when the wrong customer asks about his battery cable.

Finally someone who actually understands what I'm talking about. Shady, yet they still get away with it, and as time passes I see I really cant do anything about it. They will continue to rip people off regardless.
