Wtb front diff, damaged is ok

I'm looking for a front xdrive diff from a manual, needs to have the 3.08 gearing. It can be damaged, disassembled, etc. Might also be interested in a cv carrier as well or a full axle, again damaged is ok but the splines would have to be in good condition.

Also interested in the xdrive oil pan. Damage might be acceptable on this, though I would want the diff mount area to be unaffected.

No, but I'm an engineer at a manufacturing facility, non car related, and looking to see if building a billet diff with Dana gears is possible. Eventually I want to make lots of power, keep the awd, and the front diff seams to be a weak link.
