Slow boost spool

I can hear the boost leak near the charge pipe but can't pinpoint the location. Car is spoiling slowly and even in the stock tune hits only 7.8psi . Any suggestions? Leaning towards the stock diverter valves

If you still have the stock factory plastic chargepipe then its most likely at the collar, you either have a small chunk missing or a hairline crack. Other places that are common are the hot side and cool side of turbocharger piping connections.
