Hands down the best movies ever made. Except for 3. That one is only good for playing silver-frisbee. That was probably the only good line in that movie.

Poor Stew. He made an earnest attempt at a serious post here... and we've made a pig stye of it!

Gotta love this place - if you don't like the topic being discussed in a thread, just wait a minute!

I understand.

What I DON'T understand, is why I keep checking this thread for updates!!

My wife went to see BBMountian because it won the Globe for Best Pic and she knew I wouldn't want to see it.

She said it wasn't great and was pretty disappointed after all the hype.

Oh, and it was kinda gay.

I know, I keep coming back to this thread regularly, like...now.

As for The Movie, frankly I am not much of a love story movie type anyway (not sure how many men truly are - but I am willing to stand corrected) and not much of a gay western love story movie type either . . . Not that there is anything wrong with that.

By the way, Auto Motor Und Sport (Stutgart based mag) just compared the C class wagon with the 330xit (sniff) and the Subie legacy wagon. All 6 cylinder models of course.

BMW won hands down - the AWD was superior to the MB and Subie systems because it is proactive (and it works). Once this was the case, of course hadling went to BMW, and the MB was praised for the quiet engine.

So there, take that Farago person

Sigh, friends with Brooke....she has so many friends, and yet she still takes time to chat with me for about an hour a day....that's why I love her so much.

This is truly a goofy thread to keep checking on, but really, how important are internet forums in the grand scheme of things anyway?

On topic:

I would really like to see an updated comparo of the three or four AWD systems on 2006 models of the Audi, the MB, the Subie Leg and the 325xi. Do a road course, a snow and ice course, the whole nine yards. I'm curious how well the xDrive would do.

Your wish is Autobild.de's command, well almost : they compared the diesel versions of the plus-size models (5 touring, A6 EClass plus the Subie and Skoda (VW passat in drag).

In short, based upon cost, the Skoda won (it has the same AWD as the Audi). Within the luxus scheme of things, BMW came in after MB and Audi.
