way too low!

i recently installed koni yellows and H&R springs on my car, wheels are style 95s (19") so the car now its too low and im rubbing like nuts!! the rear tires are rubbing on the side of the tires.

What are my options? there is any way to lift a bit the rear? do i have to go back to stock springs? do i have to change the 4 springs or i can just replace the rear ones? (the front its fine, no rubbing)

Options? Sure! You got few:
-proper fitment wheels
-smaller tires
-different springs
-pad between the chassis and the spring cup
-aggressive negative camber
-sell the car
and etc.

Assuming you're rubbing the inside of the fenders, Have you considered getting your rear renders rolled? I believe the pads feurer is referring to act as 'spacers' between the top of the spring and the chassis, so the spring is effectively a little bit longer but with more or less the same spring rate and travel displacement (though the rubber itself will have its own spring rate and displacement).

Here is a link to a pair of rear spring pads for the E36. I can't find them for the E90 specifically but you can probably make those work.

Is it also visually too low? If so you'll need to raise it.

But playing with rolling the fender, camber or different tyres will sort your problem.

If you're happy with the way it looks at this height, then I'd try and find someone with experience rolling fenders. If you wouldn't mind being a little higher, slap on some rubbers (aka spring pads). It's tough to say, but the rubbers would probably be the slightly cheaper and slightly easier option unless you know someone who can give you a good rate on fender rolling.

SpartaEvolution not quite sure if i like it or no, probably because its so annoying thats rubbing mostly all the time, make horrible noise and the ride to be honest its not the best (MA streets aren't good either).

Im seriously thinking just go back to the stock Springs

There's not much you can do about the ride quality without changing the springs/dampers or wheel/tyre combo.

This is way on the other end of the spectrum price wise, but you could try dropping down to 18" wheels and taller tires. The sidewall will help with the ride quality and miiiiight be small enough to clear the sidewall. That or the offset will be different enough to tuck under without issue.

SpartaEvolution ive been thinking the idea of going to an smaller wheel size (18), but at the moment i dont like any other wheel style, i like the OEM look.

The Style 162 its kinda similar to the Style 95 that i have but im not convinced if i like it 100%

+1, OP do a little reading on fitment. Or take it to a shop experienced with this kind of thing.

If it's close to fitting you could roll the fenders. Just make sure you hire someone experienced. That's what I did to fit my old M-pars.
