Don't blame the intercooler for this as it probably works pretty decent judging from the drop in temperature after you let go of the throttle. The problem here is your car/turbo breaking aggressive tune which makes the turbo's generate nothing much but heat and no 5" intercooler, chinese or not, will keep these temps down.

I am running the 7" they are selling and its a great bang for the buck.
Do you have any logs of yours?

Can you post a link to the 7" you're running?

Those logs look pretty good and that intercooler would definitely be a good consideration for anyone running OTS tunes. I just picked up my VRSF stepped 7.5" for 400 shipped from UroTuning and that one is about 355 shipped so for a 45 extra bucks you can get a stepped HD intercooler. I must say, HZ Racing has excellent communication if you ever deal with them; I had a slight fitment issue with one of my downpipes they sent me and they fixed it very quickly. I am going to try to step down to the 1+ tune and take some logs before I take the intercooler off. Hoping for some better weather to get that done. Stay tuned for additional logs.

Any updates on the vrsf? Does it pull harder? Any lag? How is cooling?

The weekend after I installed it I took it to the tail of the dragon during mid 80s weather and it consistently kept IATs about 10-15 degrees higher than ambient. This was practically all day and it's very spirited high rpm driving. I won't comment on pulling harder and lag because that is all by butt dyno and the butt dyno always feels power increases when you spend money on new parts
