Exclamation Counter Balancing Rear Suspension

Between hitting the track and spirit driving, I noticed that the rear passenger side tire rub (ate away) part of the fender liner. Both sides in the rear are set at the same height and dampening but it only happen on the passenger side. The issue normally occur when the tank is full or when I have more than one passenger leaving me to believe it's the weight of the gas tank causing my problem.

My question is, anyone set their dampening stiffer and/or ride height higher on the passenger side to offset the weight of gas tank?

No but I have my car corner balanced, with me in the driver seat and a full tank of gas. My right rear is actually lower than my left rear - just the way the math worked out I guess.

It wouldn't make a difference if you changed your suspension settings; those Bilstein's you have aren't powerful enough even at the stiffest setting to prevent them from blowing through their compression travel. It wouldn't be a good idea even if they were; you'd be asking for weird and potentially dangerous handling behavior.

I'm guessing you already rolled your rear fenders, so the solution list would be:
-Raise up the rear of the car a bit
-Go with a less aggressive wheel/tire size
-Add negative camber (may not be possible without aftermarket parts; if you are or within 2/10 of -2 deg then I'd say it would be a poor idea due to excess wear)

So if your right side also a bit lower and they both the same, would it be safe to say this is normal? My fenders are rolled with a slight pull. I'm planning on going back to a 265/30 since I had no problems then. Thanks

Normal as in, would it be expected that a certain wheel/tire combo would rub - yes. But rubbing is not normal at all for a car.

I'm pretty slammed in the rear, running OEM 19's, no spacers, no fender roll and PSS 265/30 without issues. If I add a 10mm spacer I'll be having the same problems you're experiencing with the tire contacting the inside of the fender.

Narrowing down the solutions - you already did a fender roll and probably don't want to change your wheels; camber is likely a little more than stock anyway since you're lowered; so in your situation, going down a tire size is sensible.
