I would be too scared to just leave my car there. I've always waited for the tow truck, even if it took 3-4 hours.

This was a few months ago for my 2nd waterpump. First one had the famous hairline cracked housing, and this one was screwed up from a bad battery a few weeks later. So glad my shop warranty all their work for 3 years/36k miles.

To make matters even better the tow truck driver briefly backed up to re-align with the truck bed and backed right into this little cement wall..

Not just a pic, but also a vid (I know, I'm a new wave geek)... Transmission drain pan cracked and I hoped that was it, but it also sent a piece of it into the gears and welded itself into 3rd gear... Replacement needed; there goes my rainy day funds.

Oh, and excuse the dust buildup; crazy does NOT begin to describe SoCal weather lately... Car is covered in dew one morning, the next morning it's so dry and windy some areas are burning as if it's been claimed by Satan (sorry to those going through that, by the way).

Me towing back my recently purchased 335xi. Bought it with a severe oil leak. Replaced the oil pan gasket only to find out it's the RMS. Currently dropping the transmission?
