Looking for Opinions on Boost by JB4 Logging

Im feeling a noticeable lag in the boost when pushing throttle whether from 2nd or 4th. In 5th and 6th, it even feels like a stutter at 4000 rpm which felt like possible fuel issue.

Where my confusion lies, is when car is turned on with JB4 installed, the first strong pull triggers a 30FF but when codes deleted, I won't receive it again until the car is restarted again. When the JB$ is removed, no faults but I can still feel the stutter during full throttle.

Can anyone give me opinions based of JB4 logs: Boost leak, boost solenoid, fuel pump issues, something else I don't see???

Please help! Appreciate any input. Thanks.
