Refinishing a dash, Pro installer question

Hey pro's. What do you use to refinish a dash? I've used several of the interior refinishing products at English Color supply and Have had decent results on Dodge and Toyota products, but haven't done BMW.

What paint code/brand product to you use to best match the '08 Dark grey leather color? (LEDER DAKOTA/SCHWARZ)

Short of it, I have a tan dash that I want to refinish to the Dakota Grey leather. I can get close on color matching, but usually have to do two or three spay out cards with different formulas. Since I don't mix in house, this is an inefficient process.

Thanks in advance!
