This is what our wheels are made for. Here's a square set of 18x10" ET25s.

I have e92 and drop, wanted to see whats a good tire size setup to go with these:
Apex Arc-8
Front: 18x9.5" ET35 Profile 3
Rear: 18x10.5" ET27 Profile 3

I'm open to other suggestion. I want to basically drop a car just a little bit, and runs as wide as possible , but the lowest rear profile must be 35+,wants more cushion to get better road noise.

I'm switching from stance to meaty setup.
Currently on BC Coils,
19x9.5 et32 235/35/19
19x11 et25 265/30/19

(Edit) I made a wrongful assumption that you had an E9X M3. The recommendation below will not fit a non-M without major modifications.

Appreciate your interest. The staggered fitment you mentioned is one of the most popular fitments for this chassis, however the front wheels should have a lower offset for a more flush fitment. See below:

Front: 18x9.5" ET22 Profile 3 - 265/35-18
Rear: 18x10.5" ET27 Profile 3 - 285/35-18

Revised post:

Your current rear wheels are extremely aggressive. I'm assuming you rolled your fenders in the rear, is that correct? Also, how much negative camber do you plan to run going forward?

For a meaty tire fitment on a E92 non-M I would typically suggest:

Front: 18x9" ET30 - 255/35-18
Rear: 18x9.5" ET35 - 275/35-18

Since you were running an 11" ET25 in the rear previously and likely have rolled rear fenders and a bit of neg camber dialed in, you could go with a more aggressive rear. Note this rear fitment is not a bolt-on solution and would require the modifications mentioned.

Front: 18x9" ET30 - 255/35-18
Rear: 18x10" E25 - 275/35-18

I have an e92 and wanted to run 18x9 ET30 arc8s. I have ST coilovers. Will the wheels/tires clear the spring perch etc?

Is that for an M3? Looks mighty wide for a nonM.

So am I right to assume that you could go 18x9.5 ET22with 265's on all 4 corners of an E92? LCI, 2012 335is in my case.

ST coilovers (like all KW's) compromise inner clearance. While the 18x9" ET30 supplies most enthusiasts with plenty of inner clearance, KW/ST customers will likely need to run spacers up front in effort to clear. 5mm is the typical size used, however spacer thickness can vary depending on ride height (spring perch location) as well as tire brand and size.

You are correct, I mis-read the gentleman's post and recommended an E9X M3 staggered fitment. The post has since been edited

That would be a very aggressive fitment, especially for the front of the car. It would require extremely aggressive camber specs to clear the front fenders. For hard core track enthusiasts who desire 9.5" wheels on all four corners of the car, I would suggest running 18x9.5" ET35 with spacers up front for proper strut clearance. This will still require negative camber to clear the front fenders, but not as much as the ET22.

A few questions for you:

What suspension are you running?
This is for heavy track use, correct?
You have adjustable camber plates up front, correct?
What tire brand do you plan to use?

Yeah my rear are rolled and tire are sketch, occasionally the rear will scratch whenever the spring compresses under fast movement.

My goal is to get higher profile that the reason i'm stepping down to 18".
I like the setup you have mention for the rear, but wondering for the Front instead of 35 profile, can I do 40, as:
18x9" ET30 - 245/40-18

Also when will there be another Group-buy?

Thank you so much for answering these question.

Thanks for the reply! So, would the 18x9.5 in ET22 or ET35 (square fitment) be more or less aggressive clearance wise? Looking for something with profile 3 that will fit my non-M e92. thanks!

Thanks for the post! We've had customers run a 245/40 up front, but it may rub the inner fender liner on full-lock turns or under extreme compression since that tire is a bit too tall. A 245/35-18 tire is a bit too short, which is why 235/40 or 255/35 is typically our recommendation.

As far as the group buy, we don't have any set dates yet, but you'll want to sign up for notifications to stay up to date. You can sign up on our website towards the bottom at www.apexracepats.com.

The 9.5" wide wheels will be a bit more aggressive. The ET22 is too aggressive, as it would require a significant amount of negative camber. The 18x9.5" ET35 would require at least 10mm spacers to clear your suspension as well as negative camber up front to clear the fender. The 18x9.5" ET35 will be a direct fit in the rear.

With that said, the 18x9" ET30 is a great Profile 3 square setup for E92 non-M cars, and is our most recommended setup. You can pair that with 255/35-18 tires all around for a bolt-on fitment.

Hope this helps! Let me know if you have any additional questions!

Thank you for the questions! No production plans for the 17x10" ET25 wheels in the Matte Bronze finish just yet, but it may be something we consider in the future based on demand

I'm interested in a set of 18" ARC-8's for my 2010 LCI E90 w/ Sport suspension.

I'd like to run 255's up front and 275's out back.

I don't mind rolling or pulling my fenders but would like to avoid spacers if possible.

Would you please recommend a size?

I have a 2011 335is on BMW performance suspension. Can you confirm a square set of ARC-8s in 18x9 et30 with 255/35/18 Michelin PSS will fit without modification? If so, would you mind shooting me a quote for matte bronze with TPMS and the tires mounted, balanced and shipped to 65613? Thanks in advance!

Absolutely! For your LCI sedan we recommend the following:

18" ARC-8 Staggered fitment:
Front: 18x9" ET30 with 235/40-18 tires (direct fit)
Rear: 18x9.5" ET35 with 255/35-18 tires (direct fit)
* Front 255/35 tires can be used, but may require a 5mm spacer if you add coilovers later on.
* Rear 275/35 tires can be used but will be very close to the fender and will likely require fender rolling or negative camber

Let me know if you have any additional questions!

Yep, the 18x9" ET30 with 255/35 is a direct square fitment without modifications.

PM incoming!

Hello

For a LCI e90 18x9 et31 would be an ideal square setup for EC7s.. Im interested in a set of 18s in a square setup of ARC-8s.. Let me know what is an ideal wheel and tire specs for an LCI e90 square setup..

Also if you can post some pics of the matte bronze arc-8 on some e90s that would be awesome
Thanks

Thanks for the post! For an LCI sedan we have a couple of options. The ARC-8 and EC-7 are both available in the following sizes:

18" Square Setup:
Front/Rear: 18x9" ET30 with 255/35-18 tires.
* The ARC-8 wheels are ET30, and the EC-7 wheels are ET31, the 1mm is negligible and won't make a difference in fitment.

Here are some photos of the Matte Bronze finish on an E90, we think it looks fantastic!
