Any Clue as to What This Sound Is? I Have No Idea.

Any ideas on what it might be? I think I'm getting a misfire code, but I'm not sure. Spark plugs are new and I made sure they were in there right so I know it's not that. I think its coming from the belt area but I'm not sure. If I need to upload a better video, I will.

Alternator maybe? I am getting low battery signals all the time whenever I leave the keys in while the car is off for a few minutes.

I had a similar noise, only louder. The power steering pump pulley bolts had become loose. Check to see if they are not loose.
