ok guys i have come to this conclusion. i can either afford to get a 335 with around 60K on the clock and no warranty or i can get a CPO 328xi with 3 years warranty for the same price pretty much. The way im seeing things now is i already have a super fast car that im not getting rid of. I dont need another very fast car no matter how badly i want one lol. so do you guys think a 2007 328xi cpo silver/black with premium and cold weather for 22k is good?

well he has had this on his lot for a longtime now and he is going to take a loss on it. im going to try and get it for around 20k. right now hassel has a 335xi with 37K miles. white with black leatherette, power/heated seats, no idrive, BMW Assist/Bluetooth Heated Seats, Logic7 Sound Sat Prep, Xenons for 26K and thats with a cpo warranty. im not the hugest fan of white but i would be willing to go for it even without leather if i could get it for 23...so i have options. im going to talk to the same guy that my friend baught his cpo 650 with under 20K miles from in hassel. it was listed for 52000 and he got it for 45000 plus they gave him 12000 for his prius...he got a sick deal

alright im picking up a 2007 328xi coupe. space gray/red leather. sport, premium, cold...pretty much everything you can get except for idrive and paddle shifters. Getting it for $25K CPO...i think thats pretty bad ass and its in perfect shape with 40K miles.

Well, being that you are a mechanic, I guess it may not be too risky a purchase. I for one wouldn't consider buying a car that's been in an accident and I would not buy a car with 90,000 miles on it, particularly one having the N55 engine.
When was the accident? If the accident wasn't long ago (1 year or less), I'd wager there's something not right about the car for otherwise, the owner would keep it. It's just two years old, after all. Have you driven the car?
