Oil Cooler Line Connection

Do my oil cooler lines look fully seated? There seems to be a slight gap between the upper housing. I can't remember if the connection was fully flush before disconnecting.

They dont go fully flush to the housing. There's a torque spec on that bolt. Its not much, maybe 16 ft-lb or something like that. The O-rings seat in the bores and thats the seal on the lines.

anyone over torque the bolt and bend the plate which now doesnt seal propertly and has a slight leak?
