Vader solutions

Has anyone else dealt with extremely slow times from vader solutions? Ordered a stage 2 fuel pump 2.5-3weeks ago. Finally got a tracking number on june 19th and it says that it still hasnt been physically received. I emailed them 2days ago got a response asking what my order number was. Emailed them back with it. Havent heard a word since. I’m about to email or message omar on instagram and ask for a refund. I would rather pay another $150 for the one from fuel it if i had known it was going to take this long. Definitely wont be ordering from them again.

Update: so i emailed them back after 2-3days from the last email when i sent them my order number. I asked to cancel my order as i was tired of waiting and i was just going to order from someone else. They emailed me back saying that it was already dropped off and that ill receive updated tracking on monday after 5pm. I checked a few minutes ago and it has indeed now been received. At 9:30am today meaning they just now dropped it off. Im guessing because i wanted to cancel my order.
Definitely annoyed it took that much effort but hopefully the part will be here soon. Definitely will not be ordering anything else from them which is unfortunate because i prefer to support the community but when it takes a month to get a fuel pump its not worth it.
