This week another £335 (I lol'd).
Had the walnut blasting done, the brake fluid and a hire car for a day.

Walnut blast is awesome. I now can't feel the car idling when you stop in traffic, it's super smooth.
The guys at TWG were great and very knowledgeable/good to chat to.

Good result on the walnut blast Dann. I'm sure mine would benefit from having it done.
Tax will be due end of the month, £500 & I've only done 3500 miles since end of September
Now we have the puppy I use the car even less, I don't even get the time to go for a weekend blast as we now take the dog with us & we use the van & its oh so BORiNG
Am seriously considering selling the 335i & buying something that I can put the dog in.

In the end, it was just the VED for my 335, so a cheap month (March).

This month has cost me £700 so far, but will wait until end of the month before posting full costs.

An e91 does the Job very well and looks far better than a van

That's true Adam but I feel I've done the e9 & looking around there's nothing much available that I like e91 wise, but yes I would consider a e91 335i if price & mileage was reasonable.
I did consider a e61 545i because it was the same kinda money I would get if I'd sold mine, unfortunately the missus feels a 5 series is to big

I do like the F31 & am very tempted by the one below but 27k is a lot of money to put the dog in the back, maybes when the prices drop a bit more

Actually I've just come across this which looks nice but almost £8k for something with nearly 150k seems far to much to pay & all the others I've looked at are the same, to expensive for the miles they all have & being a e9 335 you just know your going to have issues

I know what you mean, putting a dog in an expensive car is not something that I'm keen on myself. Even with my e91 I've put clear vynal wrap on the rear bumper and have 2 boot protectors to try to keep things in good shape, I'm just glad my dog is a puddle dodger just to help.

Think an F31 is where I will be looking in the future when they're sub 20k for a decent one (335/340i)

Agreed.

I've just done mine on monthlies this time round as it doesn't feel as bad as the one hit.

This month I've had a full geo, new camber plates, titanium studs, splitter, set of NGK plugs and maybe a full set of coils. Not a bad month LOL.

Another month gone by with no issues or major expenses.
Only a set of red stuff rear pads & brake wear sensor for me this month at a cost of £88. I just have to get round to fitting them. I was going to do them over bank holiday but the weather was too nice & I drank too much beer to be working on the car

Result on the ppi claim steve. You should have done it yourself though,it takes about 1/2 hour to fill in the form & you would have gotten the whole amount. The ppi reclaim company's charge 30% or so in fees.
Little known fact, these ppi reclaim company's are mostly the same company's that provided the useless ppi in the first place. They were paid by the banks & CC company's to provide the insurance & now they are being paid again to reclaim money's from the banks & CC company's.

Car should look sweet with the new trinkets

Just a new pair of halo LEDs for me at a cost of £99.
Cars running sweetly & has been for a number of months now.
Have put it up for sale on here but have had no interest as yet, not even a GLWS comment
