Exclamation HELP!!! down pipe install ...02 missmatch....???

hi guys,,,just installed my dp and i think ( or maybe not ) i missmatch the primary (pre-cat)...02 sensors....how to know which one goes where?

i have a 2007 335i steptronic coupe

If you start the engine, after a few seconds idling the half engine light will pop out. If everything is in correct position, nothing will happen. It happened to me...

+1. The sensors are also front/rear DP-specific so it is possible (and likely) that you will cross these up somewhere. It is easier to mark the sensors before removal with a sharpie but obviously you can't at this point.

Put them back in. With a 50/50 shot on both front and rear you have a 25% chance of getting it right the first time. If you don't get it right, read the codes and they will tell you which of the sensors are swapped.

i got a code ...i dont remember what code it was ... but i know it was ''o2 inverse'' or someting like that on my cobb...i will check it out when it pops again.. and yes i have ruff idle at cold start since i put my dp s

great !! gray to rear and black to front ,,,i can miss out with that !!!

Correct.

To make it easy on the OP, go look at your rear o2 sensors. The black and gray should be in the same pipe as your o2 sensors behind your first cats.
