I bought this Gt wing and the side fins did not come mounted and don't have any holes pre drilled to screw in. I haven't found much about this wing and wanted to get some input and opinions of how I should mount these side fins to the wing. The first picture shows how it should mount up and the second picture shows the 2 parts. Thanks in advance.

Honestly, if you do not want to drill there's the option of scuffing both areas and using proper bonding epoxy.

Or use hot glue to line everything up and predrill, but then the question is, what is the hardware supposed to screw into?

Contact the manufacturer and ask for their instructions. They obviously had a specific way in mind to connect the pieces.

If for some reason you want to skip that, I would not, just hand the wing and car over to a reputable body shop. Make sure it is firmly attached you don't want those flying off on the track.

Thanks for the inputs

I went ahead and epoxied it down and sealed off around it with some silicone sealant just to make sure and has been holding up good for about 2 weeks so far
