Help: HID Angels Not Working

I just installed some HID Angels but they will only stay on if the headlights are off. When I turn the headlights on, the angels will turn off and I will get a bulb error. I know it's not turning on because of the drop in voltage to the angels from turning the headlights on. Does anybody know how to fix this?

You need a harness that connects directly to the battery source in the engine bay so that the HIDs don't depend on the angel eye source for power.
