E92 335i Lease Deal

Looking to lease a E92 335i and wanted to know if this was a decent deal:

Premium, Sport, Heated Seats, Comfort Access = $40985 [European Delivery and Dealer Profit]

58% Residual - 36 month lease with 15,000 miles a year

Total cash due at signing = $1360

Payments would be $643 ($592 + 8.6% tax)

Also laid out a security deposit of $650 and acquisition fee of $825, but the cash due at signing apparently covers the first month payment and everything else.
