Body shop in Phoenix area?

I moved here from Texas and want to take off my front plate. Only problem is the 4 (yes FOUR) screw holes in my front bumper. Can anyone recommend a good body shop who could do an awesome job filling/painting these holes? Thanks a bunch!

Ultimate Auto Touchups in Chandler. I will look for the business card. He does not re paint the whole bumper but has a special technique to fill the holes. For two on my bumper it was $300.
