All that means is he had the money in his paypal account right away but wanted to transfer it to his personal bank account which is bullshit you have the money send the product. I got one email from him saying he was sending it out and as of today no product and no responses from him. I have his username for everyone on Bimmerfest is Jb335 and his email address is bimmervroom@live.com. I hope this helps anyone else from getting scammed as the majority of people on these forums are great people willing to help each other out.
Damn that sucks.. I looked on that site and saw he was also trying to sell a JB3 PnP and some M6 reps.. .I wonder who else has fallen victim to this guy...

Mine hasn't and he doesn't even respond to Paypal as they can't get him to respond to my complaint. The guy obviously has issues as he's been doing this to everyone. I haven't seen a legitimate transaction by the guy yet.

No, he still owes me $90. Last I heard from him was via PM almost a week ago. He said he no longer has a PayPal account so he asked me what the best way to send me the money would be. I told him to mail me a check. I'll post here if I ever receive the money.

Still no repayment for me either. He has agreed to start paying me back in installments but I haven't seen anything yet. I'll post whenever something changes. Did someone post this stuff on bimmerfest too? I'd like to see the thread over there.

Can anyone confirm this guy's phone number to be 818-859-2867? Does anyone have any other information like an address? I'm going to start the small claims process and every additional bit of information will speed the process. I'm absolutely fed up at this point, as you can probably imagine. Thanks.

I've tried calling the number multiple times. It doesn't work. How much does he still owe you? I'm considering small claims as well.

He still owes me $950. The number doesn't work like no one answers or it's a disconnected phone number? This guy is stealing hard-earned money from honest people so I really want to do everything I can to stop him and get him in legal trouble. He has clearly scammed enough people out of enough money on this board (and I'm sure other places) to warrant some jail time.

Scammers, I don't care where they come from.. All you need to do is scam the wrong individual and it is over with. I was scammed on ebay, and I got the address of the shit head whom was trying to screw me (out of 125$) but it is not about the money it's the point. I just HATE nasty individuals (I treat people how i want to be treated). I told this asshole I was bored and needed a hobby and finding him would be it. I have a lot of vacation time saved up because I have no life and need to try out my new GPS and wood chipper I WILL COME AND SEE YOU!!.... I got my money back real quick.
If your intent is to deceive, you should be thrown into a wood chipper aimed at the pigs that will eat your ground beef, if it was a mistake (and a mistake is made only ONCE!, twice is intentional..) then no harm done. But you better make every intent to make the wrong right again. If not, by default you should be deal with accordingly.

Just my .02. Some make think i go to far...But in the end I need results NOT excuses.

Humm .... don't feeling like reading through all the pages but I know you can refund the money without any fees imposed by Paypal immediately.

I done it once selling a item on ebay, seller emailed me back asking to pick up the item as he noticed were both in the same city. I logged into my paypal account and there is a refund button or something like that which allows you to refund the buyer's money immediately with no fee charged.

Wow I can't believe you guys are still trying to get your money back from this guy. I got mine back from paypal a while ago. I love that people defended this asshole and there are still 3-5 people still trying to get their money back. This is a sad state of affairs...I hope the mods step up and do something about this cause they've been pretty silent through the whole thing.

I think it's a lost cause. If I lived in CA, I'd hunt him down.

Sorry,

I came across this thread when someone posted it on my local board and the hilarious irony of this situation compelled me to register.

What's hilarious is the OP complaining about being scammed. While I myself hate scammers, the hilarious irony is that Tyrant here is apparently pretty self loathing...if he indeed hates scammers too.

This guy has done everything from trying to sell fake bride seats as "Bride Canada" to slinging bunk head units from Yiton Group, which were GPS capable but had every map EXCEPT Illinois (where he was selling them) - claiming they are the same thing as a Kenwood, when they actually functioned. He's made his way around our local car scenes here in Chicago scamming left and right. His most recent scam was having an Alliance BBK sponsored to him to use in an alleged photoshoot for a magazine feature on his Nissan 350Z. Tyrant decided he didn't need to send them back and tried selling them to one of his FRIENDS only for his friend to find out that they are indeed being considered "Stolen". The only reason the Company that sponsored him is getting this BBK back is because the 3rd party intervened.

Enjoy some good reading...

This thread is hilarious. Looks like what goes around comes around huh Chris?

Buyer Beware.
