Fuel tank support ring install help

Recently started smelling fuel during hard driving and Im pretty sure it's the cracked fuel tank support ring I uncovered during fuel pressure regulator replacement.

Anyone know how to install one or have information? I've research for weeks on how to do this and I can't find any information.

Part number: 16141182903

Thanks for the help!

It stopped after I replaced the rubber o rings and glued the rings back together. The only way to replace it is to replace the whole tank.

If you were able to locate the part number then install it.. I called around and no one had it separate. If you install it it will definitely stop the leak along with the gasket..
