Exclamation PROcede Taste Test--Screw Gun for MD Automotive!

Alright guys,
It's been a month since the PROcede Taste Test and Mark, the owner of MD Automotive is still missing his screw gun.

For those who don't know about the Taste Test, this was the initial thread:
http://www.e90post.com/forums/showth...8920&highlight

Mark was kind enough to lend his shop to Shiv and the rest of us for the installs and uninstalls of the PROcedes, and during this day, one of the screw guns got lost.
The gun costs aproximately $200.

I posted a thread to see if anyone had any clue with where it was, and nobody was able to find it.
http://www.e90post.com/forums/showth...3982&highlight

During the above thread, some members were talking about making a contribution towards a new gun for Mark.
Since we have not found the gun, then I believe it would be very kind of us (those who attended) to pitch in for Mark.

I will be making a spread sheet of those who are willing to make the donation and I will guarantee that the funds will go to Mark.
There more than 20 people that showed up so I'm sure that we can easily raise $200 for a new gun.

The easiest way I could think of is to paypal myself, which is crgstw@hotmail.com and I will pass along the funds to Mark.
Or, you can send the funds directly to him if you want.
The address is:

MD Automotive
7281 Westminster Blvd
Westminster, CA 92683
714-891-1113

He's been a great friend and whatever you guys can do would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

I hate to bring this back again but Mark never received the money for the screw gun.
For those who said that they would donate, it would be greatly apprecieated.
Thanks.

Craig,
The last time I talked to Mark, arrangements have been worked out. If that is not the case, he can call me. I don't know why you are involved.

I'm involved because I'm trying to do what you said what you would do in the first place.

Shiv, this thread doesn't concern you anymore.
This thread is for those who want to donate.

I will gladly donate once I find out if this situation was resolved or not. I was there the day this screw gun turned up missing. Not cool, especially when the host was being so gracious towards everyone! Let's get this resolved one way or another!

I would not be asking for donations if Mark had already received anything.

Here's what happened:

--Vishnutuning gave 2 procedes for Mark to sell.
--Vishnutuning said that once Mark sells the procedes, they will charge Mark the dealer price minus $200.
--Time goes on.
--Vishnutuning asks for the Procedes back because they did not sell.
--Mark gets nothing.

BTW everyone, this is all about a friend trying to help another friend out and nothing else.
Mark is a great guy, and I am doing my best to help him out in the best way that I can!

I love it Shiv and his company strikes again. Unbelievable.......I wasn't there, and if I was, I would cut a check for $200 right now. Unbelievable how shady Shiv and his whole company is.......

Cheers,
Mark

Guys, please let's just keep this thread about the donation towards Mark's screw gun.

Lawdude has contributed 20 bucks.
This was very kind of him since he wasn't even there.

Craig-- Why are you collecting money?????? Talk to Mark. This was settled weeks ago!

To everyone else, please do not contribute money. I don't know why Craig has taken it upon himself to be the moral police here. This has nothing to do with him.

Yes, I talked to Mark about 2 hours ago and he is confused as I am about what is going on with this thread.

Craig,
What are you talking about? Not that it is any of your business, Mark asked to stock PROcedes. So I sent him two to keep on credit as a courtesy due to the lost screwdriver. At the time, he had pre-sold one and he was going to pay me the dealer cost minus $200 upon receipt of the money. However, it turned out that the customer backed out. At which point I asked him to send me ONE of the two units back since we were short on stock. Being the nice guy he is, he sent both back until we had some more to spare. We got the returned units just this morning via UPS.

Here's the UPS tracking number:
1Z Y07 120 03 9730 603 2

Upon receiving the units, we cut him a check for $200 AND sent him a PROcede to keep in stock. Which he will have tomorrow.

So I'd encourage you to get your facts straight and to keep out of other people's business. Mark has my cell phone number. We've known each other for nearly 10 years. If he needs anything from me, he can call me. And visa versa. I don't know why you are turning this into a soap opera. According to him, he hasn't talked to you in quite some time. Every time i talk to him, the gist of the convo is "wth is craig doing on the forum?"

Shiv

How did you talk to Mark Shiv?
He doesn't work on Mondays and I really doubt you have his home number or cell number.
If you really talked to him then you will be the first to admit that he never received any money.

This is very sad Shiv.
To you, this maybe a soap opera.
To me, it's helping out a friend.
Every time I tried to help him get his gun back, you took it personaly against you.
You never thought about how I was trying to help him out.
It's very sad that you think of this as a soap opera and that I am unfortunately doing something that is against you.

Now, you say that you sent him a check for 200?
I'll believe that when I see it.

Oh, and if you really sent out another procede to him then I will guarantee that you'll get it back.
Do you really think that he sent 2 procedes back just because he's nice?
You still don't get it do you?

BTW, as far as not being in touch with him, I used the dyno on Saturday and I did an install a week before.
Can you explain again how you got in touch with him today?
Seriously man, where the heck do you come up with this stuff?
