BMW 320D Cutting Out

Hello!
Lost the recent turbo pressure, troubled with the OBD2 Icarly app and found out this was the actuator on the turbo.
This was replaced, and now it will not start.
The car starts but does not deliver enough fuel? It starts but is not idle.
The car cuts out completely.
(Its goes from 0-980rpm) and then dies out, if i hold the gaspedal when starting i crank it a little more, but it cant get fuel.

Has exchanged Turbo, Battery, Diesel filter and crossed the engine several times.

I have run the food pump several times and know it goes.
Has aired the system and removed the injector tubes simultaneously as I drive feed pump and diesel comes up.
According to a mechanic at the workshop, the living data for the feed pump and the high pressure pump should be ok.
I really dont get any failure codes anymore, so im stucked..
Does not find the error and needs really good tips.
