Sport seats bolsters not working

As the title says, sports seats bolster on the drivers side isn't working. I picked them up from the junkyard for cheap and the passenger seat is completely working no issues. Drivers seat the lumbar worked so I know the pump is good, and when I went to adjust the bolsters there was a sound but the bolsters didn't inflate nor did it sound like they were inflating. Could this be an issue with the modules on the car?

My driver seat side bolsters are a little temperamental. I have the seat at its lowest height and often find they don’t work. If I raise the seat height it starts working. I suspect there’s a loose connection or dodgy cable under or in the seat but I keep forgetting to attempt to fix it.

Definitely sounds like a loose connection somewhere. I took this picture of my rear, the red and blue supply the lumbar support, the clear hose on the right is the pump supply to the 2 "diverters?" The right box sends air from the pump to the lumbar, the left box sends air to the bolsters. So maybe my issue is with the bottom left box that's supposed to divert air to the bolsters. I'll wire it up to a harness and do some experimenting and see if I can get any further information.

My hunch was correct, the left block was cooked, swapped it with the one from the passenger seat to confirm and it's working perfectly.
