Had a full detail done on the car! GTechniq Crystal Serum Light with 2 coats of EXO.

Updated the headunit & activated a test file to allow full screen car play....

It looks SO much better on the 513s! Incredible!

How much did you pay for a nice set, if you don't mind me asking? I fancy a set for my 335d.

513m’s coming off today!

Reason being is that in the new year I’ll be fitting M5 calipers, and they simply wont fit under the wheels!

Just agreed to sell them for £1550.

Very hard to find, you’ll likely have to import some from Germany!!

Not owned an xDrive so I’m not really able to offer a genuine comparison!

To me though a BMW “should” be a RWD car, so I’d always take sDrive where possible.

I don’t dislike xDrive though, so wouldn’t rule one out if I was in your position hunting!

Update, 6WB retrofit completed.

Thanks to @wibbles for the work as ever!

Very happy with the end result, it’s brought the interior bang up to date!

Definitely better as they are personally.

Problem with black is that all the detail of the alloys gets lost.

OK, so had a faff and removed the 666's - back on the 437's but with a satin black colour change and some fresh new MPSS rear boots:

OK, so finally I can update this..... with the results of my ongoing brake project in conjunction with Vagbremtechnic

To confirm, this is a pair of F10 M5 6 pot calipers fitted onto F3x chassis with a custom radial bracket. Pads are genuine BMW M5 items, and the discs are M2 Competition 400mm.

Pedal feel is fine, and the brakes have only done 150 miles so far, so are still being bedded in, but initial feel is very good.

Saw this buddy on FB. Really nicely done. Love a custom job on brakes and they do look spot on.
